NATUROPATHY CONSULTATIONS
Duration: 90 minutes
In-depth case-take including presenting symptoms, health history, family health history, full-body system questionnaire, emotional and social wellbeing questionnaire.
Please bring your most recent blood test/lab test reports if available.

During this appointment (60 minutes), I’ll be presenting and discussing the treatment plan.
The treatment plan will outline the different therapies we’ll be using during the course of our health journey.
Therapies will fall under three categories:
- Diet and nutritional supplementation
- Lifestyle therapies
- Herbal Medicines
Duration: 30 minutes
Ongoing check-ins with the client concerning the sustainability of the treatment plan, efficacy of the treatments and re-filling prescriptions. How many follow-ups one needs will depend on the severity of the health issue. Chronic disorders will require a longer ongoing relationship.
