Frequently Asked Questions
The initial consultation is usually about 90 minutes long. An in-depth case-take is taken, including previous health history and family health history. Sarah will investigate the root causes of the client’s presenting symptoms and draw up a treatment plan that is presented at the 2nd consultation (treatment plan presentation). From there Sarah will check in on the client’s progress through the treatment plan, and make amendments to it as necessary to make the plan more effective and sustainable to the client’s lifestyle, capabilities and preferences.
